What this site collects about you

Nothing. This site has no contact form, no account, no login, no shopping cart and no newsletter signup, so there is nothing here that asks you for your name, your address or your phone number.

It sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording and no third-party tracking scripts.

Two ordinary things still happen, and you should know about both. First, the company that hosts this site keeps standard server logs — the page requested, the time, and the requesting IP address — the same way every web server does. Second, the typeface used here is served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when the page loads, which means Google sees that request.

If you call the phone number on this site, we will have whatever you tell us on the phone. We use it to quote and perform your project. We do not sell it.

What the copy on this site is, and is not

Descriptions of our work, our process and our commitments are exactly that — a description of how we intend to run your project, and a promise we hold ourselves to.

Price ranges shown on the trade pages are typical Dallas–Fort Worth ranges to help you size a decision. They are not quotes, they are not offers, and your project is priced from a walk-through of the actual property.

We deliberately do not publish customer testimonials, star ratings or a headline count of finished jobs on this site. We would rather show you a finished job and let you talk to the homeowner.

Licensing, in Texas, honestly

Our own position, stated plainly: NXT Level GC is licensed and insured. Because Texas issues no statewide roofing or general-contractor licence, we do not print a licence number for that work — there is none to print, for us or for anyone else in this trade. Ask us for our certificate of insurance instead. That document can be checked, and we will send it.

Texas has no statewide general-contractor licence and no statewide roofing-contractor licence. Legislation that would have created a roofing registration did not pass in the 2025 session. So when a contractor advertises that they are “licensed” in Texas for roofing or general construction — us included — that phrase does not correspond to a licence you can verify with the state.

Some trades are genuinely licensed by the state — electricians and plumbers among them — and licensed tradespeople perform that portion of the work.

Before you sign with anyone, including us, ask for a certificate of insurance and a record of permits pulled in your city. Those are verifiable. The word "licensed" on a website is not.

Warranties

Warranty terms are stated in your written proposal and contract, per project, because they differ by trade and by manufacturer. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is the manufacturer’s document and its terms govern.

Nothing on this website creates a warranty. Your contract does.
