What we build
Four trades, one accountable contractor
Every one of these is run by our own project manager, on our own schedule, against a scope you approved in writing.
Roofing
Replacements, storm and hail repair, and free inspections on Dallas–Fort Worth homes — including the photographed documentation your insurance carrier is going to ask for.
Learn more →Remodeling
Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations and investor rehab, with every trade under one contract and one project manager who answers the phone.
Learn more →Windows
Low-E replacement windows measured opening by opening, to cut the heat coming into a Texas house and the cooling bill that follows it.
Learn more →Gutters
Seamless gutters rolled on site, plus guards, downspouts and drainage — so roof water leaves the property instead of standing against the slab.

The coordination is the product
Anybody can install a roof. The part that goes wrong on a DFW home project is the seam between trades — the roofer who leaves before the gutter crew arrives, the window opening nobody flashed, the change order nobody priced. That seam is what a general contractor is for.
- One point of contact from the first walk-through to the final punch list
- An itemised scope by trade and phase — not a lump sum you cannot check
- Trades sequenced in the right order, so nothing gets torn back out
- Permits pulled and inspections scheduled by us, not by you
- One schedule, so a delay in one trade does not quietly stall the rest
- One invoice and one warranty conversation when something needs attention
How a project runs
Four steps, no mystery
- 01
Walk the property
We come out, look at the actual conditions, take photographs, and listen to what you are trying to achieve. No charge and no obligation.
- 02
Written scope and price
You get an itemised proposal broken out by trade and phase, with what is included and what is not. You can hand it to another contractor and compare it line for line.
- 03
Schedule and build
We pull the permits, sequence the trades, and give you a start date and a finish date. Your project manager is the same person for the whole job.
- 04
Walk it together
We build the punch list with you standing there, close it out, haul everything away, and put the warranty terms in writing.
Where we work
Based in Richardson, working across the Metroplex
Our office is in Richardson, near the middle of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, and DFW is where our crews are every day. Some of what we do reaches further across Texas — ask, and we will tell you straight whether your address is one we can schedule properly.

Commercial and property managers
One vendor across the portfolio
If you manage rentals, an HOA, or a set of commercial buildings, the value is not the crew — it is having one vendor who documents every visit, prices the same way every time, and invoices in a format your accounting can actually process.
For property managersFinancing
Do the project now, pay for it over time
Most of these projects can be financed. We will show you the monthly payment on your written proposal, next to the total, before you decide anything.

A walk-through and a written estimate cost nothing. If the honest answer is that you do not need the work yet, that is what we will tell you.
